REFUND POLICY *

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customer is responsible for paying to return the product.

Unfortunately SAMPLE SALE prints are exempt from Returns (unless damaged in transit)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and settle the refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@hannahcarvell.com with details

Shipping
To return your product, you should email hello@hanahcarvell.com and I will confirm address to return. Please make sure prints are packed so as not to be damaged in transit.
