"These ARE the Good Days" is apparently a phrase you should think/say and will make you happier, or so says the genius Hannah Fry. I saw Hannah talk about it on her instagram and it really resonated with me, stop wishing your life away, planning the next thing or waiting for perfect. "These are the Good Days" is so true and I think it often. A sunny day laughing with my children or lighting a fire and snuggling down in winter to watch a movie, those really are the happy moments in life.
