China Dogs, RISO
Designed by me, but printed by Duplikat Press in Riso, a similar technique to screen printing in that its printed in layers of colour but run through risograph printing machine, like an old school newspaper or poster printer. Each layer has a colour chosen so you can get the Neon colours that can't be achieved in normal a CMYK print.
They are a different quality to a screen print, the colours are less vibrant, but kind of cool in their own right, more of a comic book, water colour vibe I always think.
Still printed as an edition, but due to not being hand printed more budget friendly.
Size: 21cm x 14cm

Riso Prints, my designs but not hand printed by me so a bit more budget friendly but still ever so cool, they have a real poster magazine quality to them.
Printed by Duplikat Press, in their East London studio.
Established in 2020, Duplikat Press is a Risograph studio producing eco-friendly prints, stationery and publications.
Released in Japan in 1980, the Risograph is a speedy and low-cost alternative to screen printing; creating stencil paper prints in vivid spot colours. Each print is unique due to the Riso’s analogue process and quirky imperfections, including minor mis-registration between layers.
